5. Running Partner Feature

  • Dhaka Run provides a platform to find running partners. We do not verify the identity or background of users.
  • You are responsible for your own safety when meeting running partners in person.
  • We recommend meeting in public places and informing someone about your plans.
  • We are not liable for any interactions, disputes, or incidents between running partners.

6. Messaging

  • Messaging is available only between users with accepted run partner connections.
  • You must not use messaging for spam, harassment, or solicitation.
  • Messages are private between the sender and receiver, but we may review messages if reported for abuse.

7. Intellectual Property

The Dhaka Run name, logo, design, and all platform features are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the platform without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or our systems
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dhaka Run is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dhaka Run and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Any injuries, accidents, or incidents during running activities

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may also delete your content and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
